Exhibition Supports

    Over 1 million tickets are distributed to over 500 kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the Guangdong province, Hong Kong, Macao and the Greater Bay Area, as well as various district offices/sports associations/business partners in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the Greater Bay Area.

    Invitations are sent to teacher federations/associations and educational institutions, as well as extracurricular activity directors and teachers from all primary schools and kindergartens in Hong Kong.

    Increase media exposure of the event through mainstream media coverage and promotion, and cooperate with various major organizations to boost publicity.

    Shopping incentives will be given to visitors in order to boost consumption at the show, offering gifts and rewards of HK$100,000 worth in total.

    The MTR will provide exclusive ticket discounts to our visitors. Children aged 3 to 11 are entitled to free rides on the Airport Express. Free shuttle bus services will also be available to facilitate families visiting the book fair.

Effective from 30 April 2021 until 30 June 2026, The "SME Export Marketing Fund" has expanded the funding scope to cover large-scale exhibitions targeting the local market as well as online exhibitions, and the eligibility criteria is relaxed to cover non-SMEs. Seize the chance now and apply for sponsorship to join us in the expo.

All non-listed enterprises that are eligible to apply are entitled to a marketing subsidy of up to $100,000 each time. The maximum cumulative subsidy amount for each enterprise is $1 million, covering the rental, setup, design and decoration costs of exhibition booths, as well as the printing costs of promotional publications or leaflets for the exhibition, etc.
